Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. Our commitment
Clinelix Inc. is committed to making its products, websites, and dashboards accessible to people of all abilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), the Accessible Canada Act, and equivalent provincial obligations. We design, build, and test Clinelix against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
2. Accessibility features
- Keyboard-only navigation across every dashboard, form, and modal
- Skip-to-main-content link on every page
- Screen-reader-friendly labels (ARIA roles, live regions for toasts)
- Color contrast ratios that meet WCAG 2.1 AA on text and meaningful icons
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of content or function
- No motion-only feedback — animation is paired with text or icon cues
- Reduced-motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion) respected globally
- Focus-visible indicators on every interactive element
3. Standards we follow
- Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
- Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) — Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation
- Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and CRTC Broadcasting and Telecom Decisions
- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act (for U.S.-region deployments)
4. Ongoing testing
Accessibility is part of our definition of done for every release. We run automated checks (axe-core, Lighthouse accessibility audits) on each build, and we periodically engage external auditors and people with disabilities to perform manual testing with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
5. Known limitations
We are continually improving the platform. Known limitations as of the date above:
- A small number of legacy charts in the analytics suite are being migrated to tabular alternatives — interim CSV exports are available today.
- PDF statements generated before June 2026 are not yet fully tagged for screen readers; new statements ship with PDF/UA tags.
- Some embedded provider portals (eClaims partners) inherit the partner’s accessibility level; we publish their conformance statements where available.
6. Feedback and assistance
We welcome feedback. If you experience an accessibility barrier or need an accessible alternative format, please contact us and we will respond within five (5) business days.
- Email: accessibility@clinelix.com
- Support: support@clinelix.com
- Mail: Clinelix Inc., Attn: Accessibility, Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Customers covered by AODA may also request our multi-year Accessibility Plan and annual progress reports.
7. Continuous improvement
We treat accessibility as an evolving practice, not a one-time project. Our roadmap includes deeper screen-reader coverage on AI assistant streaming responses, additional tabular alternatives for charts, and PDF/UA-tagged monthly Practice Financial Score reports.
